Protect your account and check for security vulnerabilities
Password Breach Check
Check if your password has been exposed in any known data breaches.
We use the Pwned Passwords API to check against over 850 million compromised passwords - completely FREE and secure!
100% Private: Your password never leaves your browser.
We use k-anonymity - only the first 5 characters of a hash are sent, making it impossible to identify your password.
Password Strength Checker
Test how secure your passwords are. Note: We never store or send your password anywhere - this check happens entirely in your browser.
How We Protect Your Data
Your privacy and security are our top priorities. Here's how we keep your family's data safe:
Encrypted Database Storage
All sensitive data is encrypted at rest using industry-standard AES-256 encryption. Your passwords are hashed with bcrypt with a cost factor of 12.
SSL/TLS Encryption
All data transmission between your device and our servers is protected with TLS 1.3 encryption, ensuring your information can't be intercepted.
Secure Authentication
We use secure session tokens with automatic expiration, IP validation, and protection against session hijacking attacks.
Protection Against Common Attacks
Our systems include protections against SQL injection, XSS, CSRF, and other OWASP Top 10 vulnerabilities.
Regular Backups
Your data is automatically backed up daily to secure, encrypted cloud storage with Cloudflare R2, with 30-day retention.
Privacy by Design
We don't sell your data. We don't share it with third parties. Your family information stays within your household only.
Keeping Everything Updated
Security is an ongoing process. We regularly update our systems to protect against the latest threats and vulnerabilities.

Why Updates Matter
Security vulnerabilities are discovered constantly. By keeping our software updated, we ensure that
known security holes are patched quickly. Our servers automatically apply critical security updates,
and we monitor security advisories daily to stay ahead of threats.
Security Best Practices
Follow these recommendations to keep your account secure:
Use a Strong, Unique Password
Your password should be at least 12 characters with a mix of uppercase, lowercase, numbers, and symbols. Never reuse passwords across sites.
Enable Two-Factor Authentication (Coming Soon)
Add an extra layer of security to your account with 2FA. Even if someone gets your password, they won't be able to access your account.
Watch for Phishing Attempts
We'll never ask for your password via email. Always verify the URL before logging in (ourfamilygrid.com).
Keep Your Devices Secure
Use updated browsers, install security updates promptly, and use antivirus software on your devices.
Review Active Sessions
Regularly check your active sessions in Profile Settings and log out devices you don't recognize.
